My buddy Martha Stewart has a new cookbook out, Martha Stewart's Cupcakes. For Bijou's end-of-the year school party I made the triple-citrus cupcakes. The kids seemed a bit skeptical with the orange, lime and lemon zest on top instead of the usual inch-thick chocolate frosting, but they all ended up polishing them off.
I also decorated the napkins with stamps, of course, and cut strips from brown packing paper. You may recognize the block stamp from this post.
The cupcake stand is also from the Martha Stewart Collection. I scored mine on the clearance rack at Wal-Mart for $3.29.
