I was invited to partake in a holiday wreath decorating project by my friends Whitney and Heather over at Rookie Moms. The kits were supplied by UL, a company who tests the safety of lights. Since I'm on the classroom decorating committee at Bijou's french school, I thought it would be nice to decorate mine with Joyeux Noel (Merry Christmas).
To Make:
1. Cut out letters from various scraps of fabric and paste onto circle-punched card stock.
2. Hang each letter by a piece of string. I love to use bakers twine.
3. Add ribbon, ornaments, lights, etc.
When you are out buying your holiday decor this season, please look for the little UL mark on your decorations and keep you family safe this holiday season! To find out more about light safety, visit this site.
